Returns policy
►If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately for further help.
►Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days from the date of receipt.The non-quality related return must meet the following conditions

● Items must include original packaging and all accessories
● Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs
● Langsdom refunds the cost of the product itself
Buyers must contact us for the returning address.If items have expired this 30-day window, it is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues. When returning items for non-quality issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. 
Note:If you purchased your Langsdom product from other platform, please follow their return policy for refunds.

Refunds policy
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible on our end.Once the refunds have been issued,you'll receive an email letting you know.
It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for a PayPal refund to go through. If you paid with a credit card, it may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your card provider.
