We are committed to providing high quality products to our customers.If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please contact us. All items come with a 15 days warranty.This warranty covers refund or exchange.We refund or reship for non-received items over the estimated delivery day for free.We refund or exchange defective items for free.
If you don"t like an item within 7 days of receiving(non-quality problem),we can offer you an exchange or refund if the product has never been used and is still resalable(should include the original packaging and all accessories) customers should return the item and are responsible for all return shipping charges.buyers must contact us for the returning address.

Refund application procedures:

(2) Enter into My order
(3) Apply for return
(4) Seller processing
(5) Confirm return
(6) Provide the return slip number
(7) The seller confirms the correctness of the logistics information
(8) The seller has agreed to get a refund
(9) The buyer provided the accounts
(10) The seller refunds within 1-3 days
(11)Attending the completion of after-sales service
Note: if the use of the product is abnormal due to human reasons, we will timely answer your questions about the product, but if additional maintenance costs are needed, you should also bear the corresponding costs and responsibilities.
